The Buku Sayisa washing station is located at one of the highest coffee growing regions in Ethiopia, and this altitude produces small, dense beans with complex profiles. The washing station uses extended fermentation times to enhance flavors and the result is a sweet, beautifully balanced cup. We tasted lavender, lemon, peach, and black tea.

Serious Black is Unity’s flagship blend, designed for use in espresso, filter, and cold brew. They combined two coffees from Colombia and Guatemala to draw out deep flavors, noting dark chocolate, a creamy texture, and a plum finish. We tasted almond, milk chocolate, and plum, with a punchy body and a juicy red apple acidity.
This coffee is named for Nevado del Huila, Colombia’s highest volcano. It was decaffeinated using ethyl acetate, a naturally occurring fruit compound that works particularly well to preserve flavor. We tasted tamarind, almond, and cacao.

One of the sweetest blends you’ll ever try. Unity combined two coffees from Guatemala and Kenya into a deliciously versatile seasonal blend, for use in both espresso and filtered brew methods. We tasted black cherry, cranberry, lime, hibiscus, and cotton candy, with a juicy stone fruit acidity.
This year’s harvest out of La Convención, the largest province in Peru’s Cusco region, has cemented the coffee as one of Passenger’s foundational offerings. This community blend was expertly sorted from 36 smallholder farmers then washed at the newly improved wet mill, and it’s an exemplum of the signature aromatic flavors of Peruvian coffee. Sweet and buttery, we found notes of apple and toasted oats, with a citrus aroma and a tea-like body.
Ghost Rider is a blend comprised of natural processed coffees from around the world. It won the Golden Bean Award in Australia in 2013 and then went on to win three more gold medals back-to-back. Proud Mary use fresh seasonal components direct from their producer partnerships to create this blend, designed for delicious milk-based drinks. We tasted lychee, stone fruit, floral sweetness, and a delicate structure.
