This blend is a natural processed Ethiopian that offers a punchy taste that combines especially well with an espresso-based beverage. One of the few things more powerful and more glorious than this hazelnut and orange goodness is the heart behind it. For espresso use a 1:2.5 ratio at around 23-27 seconds. For pour-over use a 1:15 ratio at a 2:20 brew time.
